Return Period

At Star Sneakers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Important: The 30-day return period begins from the date you receive your order, not from the date of purchase.

  • New, unworn sneakers in original condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags attached
  • Accessories purchased with sneakers
  • Gift purchases with receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or damaged sneakers
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Customized or personalized sneakers
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Return Items

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label.
  3. Package Your Items: Place items in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
  5. Processing: We'll process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as returns followed by new orders. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred item. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a free return and expedited replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

International Returns
